It takes 2-4 working days to process your order after it has been confirmed, regardless of the delivery option you chose at checkout. We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery on Saturdays, even if the shipment is upgraded to express delivery. We do not ship orders on the same day. It can take 2-4 working days to process an order (e.g. an order placed on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. It may take up to 48 hours before you receive the confirmation email. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address or unconfirmed order information, your order may be delayed by 1-2 working days. We recommend that all customers carefully review delivery and billing information prior to payment to avoid possible delays.

Packages may or may not require a signature. Most parcels are delivered to the post box or front door of the address you provide, but the courier decides whether it is safe to leave the parcel in an open place. If he judges that it is not safe, he will hold the package at the local post office or delay delivery. It is best to provide a delivery address where you know you or someone else can pick up the package (business address or a friend's address).


Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order. This can take up to 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number and a link to follow the path of the package. If you have any problems with the tracking number or delivery, please contact the shipping company directly before contacting us. It may take 1-4 days for the tracking information to appear. In rare cases, the tracking information will not be updated but your order will still be delivered. Please contact us for estimated delivery time.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES.
International (non-US) customers are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, and other fees that local customs authorities deem appropriate. These fees are payable to the local shipping company or authority and are not collected by Kibo and are therefore non-refundable.

We ship international packages on a DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) basis, which means that these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased through our website. The recipient must pay all applicable fees in order to receive the package. As we cannot determine the amount of these charges, we recommend that you contact your country's customs or tax office to find out the correct charges applicable to a package coming from another country.

DHL pays all applicable duties and taxes on behalf of the customer once the goods have arrived in the country. This simple process allows the carrier to deliver the package as quickly as possible. The goods are not released until all duties and taxes paid on your behalf have been paid in full. In some cases, after the goods have been delivered, DHL will send you an invoice for the duties paid on your behalf at the destination and a small handling fee.

DISCLAIMER FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that he or she has provided a correct delivery address. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so there is little time to cancel/change your order or change your address. If you want to change your delivery address, please send an email to us at naarKibo.assistance@gmail.comas immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to implement the change, but we cannot guarantee that this will be successful as there are different deadlines.

If it is too late for our team to change your order, we can only wait until the package is returned to us. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we can send it to the correct address or refund the full purchase price.

RETURN
If you place an order with Kibo, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Kibo.
