Return and refund policy

We love our Asphalva™ products and we are sure you do too! That's why we offer a 14-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the result, we will refund your money within 14 days of delivery and receipt of your order.

Follow the instructions below to request a refund:

Send an email to kibo.assistance@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the refund. If the product is defective or causes skin irritation, please attach a photo or video to the email showing the defective product and the results.
*If you want to return the product, you are responsible for the shipping costs and can return the product via a courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address.

Once your return has been accepted and processed, we will send you a confirmation email. The total cost of the return does not include postage.

If you think the product has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at the same email address as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund the amount paid. If your order has already been shipped, we will refund the amount paid as soon as we have received the products from you and processed them in our warehouse.
